Bake Bread Like It's 79AD

A baker put a loaf of bread into his oven in Herculaneum just before Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79AD and buried the city. The oven was found in 1930 during excavations. Chef Giorgio Locatelli recreated the recipe using buckwheat flour, which was readily available then.
